Last updated: 7 November 2026
These terms apply to the Lintaro website and the live demo. Building owners who use the Lintaro app also sign a separate agreement with us, which applies to their use of the service.
The website and demo
- The live demo uses a made-up building with made-up tenants, figures and staff. It is for trying Lintaro only. Figures in it are examples, not advice.
- Please don't try to break, overload or get around the security of the website, demo or app.
Information on this site
We describe Lintaro's features as accurately as we can. Features may change as the product develops. Nothing on this website is an offer or a contract; the terms agreed with each building owner are what apply to them.
Lintaro's name and content
The Lintaro name, logo, design and software belong to their owners and may not be copied or used without permission.
Tax and legal figures
Lintaro works out GST and tracks TDS from the rates entered by the building owner. Owners remain responsible for their own tax filings and should have their accountant check invoices and returns.
Limits
The website and demo are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using the website or demo.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
